If your flat is rented out or if your flat is occasionally used as a « pied-à-terre », we offer to assist you on a daily basis in the personal and administrative management of your property.
At WALDORF PRIVATE OFFICE, we believe that it is preferable not to let any information escape you, whether at the level of your condominium or the tax administration.
You don’t have to worry about anything anymore, we do it for you.
You will find below the list of actions proposed and included in our administrative support service:
Formula property rented:
- Receiving and scanning your mail and then sending it by e-mail
- Connecting with your bank to generate the payment of condominium charges and taxes
- Representation of the owner at the condominium meeting
- Collecting bills for property tax or BIC declarations
- Registration and identification with the tax office
- Declaration of land income or BIC completed and certified by a certified accountant
Annual flat fee of €2,500 including taxes
Formula “pied-à-terre”:
- Apartment Control Visits (12x/year) and General Report
- Receiving and scanning your mail and then sending it by e-mail
- Setting up your subscriptions (water/ electricity/ internet)
- Connecting with your bank to generate the payment of condominium charges and taxes
- Registration and identification with the tax office
- Representation of the owner at the condominium meeting
- Technical assistance for the intervention of a professional (household, work, etc.)
- Management of your insurance case in case of damage until compensation
Annual flat fee of €4,200 including taxes
