Domiciliation of the real estate civil company (called SCI in France) in a domiciliation center (if your property is owned through an SCI)
Receipt and scanning of your mail and transmission by e-mail
Follow-up of condominium fees and taxes payments
Representation of the owner at the condominium meeting
Relationship between the owner and the syndic of co-ownership
Collection of invoices for land income declaration or Industrial and commercial profits (BIC)
Registration and identification with the tax department
Land or BIC income declaration made and certified by a chartered accountant

Inspection of the apartment (12x/year) and general report
